Hate it: Stress Eating

I love all kinds of food.  From burritos to Belgium waffles, I am a FAN!  I love trying new restaurants and recipes (as long as it falls under the category of cooking for dummies).

But lately I have been super busy and find myself stuffing my face without realizing it.  I look down and think to myself.. “I don’t even like animal crackers!” or whatever the case may be.  I understand that I may be getting less sleep and it may provide extra energy, but it is not healthy by any stretch of the imagination.

Something needs to change!  Hopefully this will include more healthy choices, less busy-ness and no more stress eating because I HATE IT!

    Stress eating = awful b/c you feel like a glutton in the end, even if you’re eating healthy things. But, what if you unconsciously stuff terrible things into your face?? Welcome to my life.

    Stress eating is a curse that takes a lot of will power to overcome. I can definitely relate to that awful feeling after indulging!
